At Rêve Rattan, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted rattan furniture. We offer the following warranty on our products:


12-Month Limited Warranty


Rêve Rattan provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship in our rattan furniture products. This warranty covers defects occurring under normal use of the product.


Covered Components and Services

This 12-month limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that cause rattan furniture products to be structurally unsound or unusable. This includes defects such as:

  • Broken or defective frames
  • Detached or broken weaving
  • Defective joints or connections
  • Broken or defective moving parts

As our furniture is handcrafted, there may be minor variations in size, shape and finish compared to the images on our website. Each piece is unique, with its own character. We do not consider these variances to be defects.


Limitations of Warranty

The following are not covered by our 12-month limited warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear, aging or natural deterioration of materials over time
  • Normal variations in rattan grain, color, knots and other natural characteristics of rattan and bamboo.
  • Fading, discoloration or color changes from sunlight or other light sources
  • Stains, marks or scratches caused by normal use
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or improper handling and care
  • Alterations, modifications or attachments to the product not approved by Rêve Rattan
  • Damage caused by extreme weather, flooding or other acts of nature
  • Cushions, pillows, fabrics or other soft furnishings
  • Damage caused by exposure to outdoor elements, unless specifically rated for outdoor use
  • Personal preferences like softness or firmness of cushions
  • Modifications made to the original product


Conditions for Warranty

  • Rêve Rattan requires the original invoice to be presented at the time of the claim.
  • Our warranty coverage starts from the date of the invoice and is only against manufacturing defects.
  • Rêve Rattan reserves the right to repair, replace or refund the original purchase price at our discretion based on availability of parts and severity of damage. 
  • The total liability under this limited warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
  • The product must not have been altered, modified or transformed in any way to be eligible for warranty.
  • Use of cleaning products or treatments not specifically recommended may void this warranty.
  • This limited warranty does not cover products exposed to outdoor conditions or high humidity levels, unless explicitly designated for outdoor use.
  • Customers must promptly inform Rêve Rattan of any defects and allow us the opportunity to rectify the issue. 
  • Please note that engaging a third party for remedial work will void the warranty.
  • These warranties are applicable solely to the original purchaser and do not extend to items used for rental or commercial purposes.


Warranty Claims

To obtain warranty service, please contact Rêve Rattan customer service with your original dated sales receipt. We will assess the damage and determine coverage under the warranty.

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, Rêve Rattan will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

This is the sole warranty offered by Rêve Rattan – it overrides all other warranties expressed or implied and no person is authorized to assume any other liability on behalf of Rêve Rattan.
