At Rêve Rattan, we understand the importance of proper packaging and safe delivery of our handcrafted rattan furniture. Our goal is to make sure that your purchase reaches you in pristine condition, ready to enhance your home decor. Once you place an order on our website, it takes 2-3 business days for us to process it and get it ready for dispatch. We carefully inspect and pack each item to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Most items are shipped out within 5 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that the dispatch time can vary based on stock availability. We will inform you if an item is currently out of stock and provide an estimated restocking date.
The delivery time frame depends on your location. Orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days from the shipping date via our network of reliable logistics partners like Bluedart and local delivery agents. Shipments to farther locations may take longer to arrive.
If an ordered item is out of stock, we will inform you and refund the amount for that product once we receive the rest of your order. You can expect an update from us on the restocking date so you can place the order again if you wish.
The delivery charges for orders will be calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Larger and heavier items will have higher delivery fees. Delivery charges are in addition to the product price. The charges will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
In the event a delivery is attempted but there is no one available to receive the goods, our carrier will make multiple re-delivery attempts. If after multiple attempts they are still unable to deliver, the goods will be returned to us and you will be charged for the additional delivery and return fees incurred. If you request a re-delivery after this point, additional charges will apply.
You have the option to pick up your order from our store. Please inform us in advance so we can have your order ready for pickup. This can help avoid delivery charges.
If you refuse delivery of your order upon arrival, you will be charged a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from any refund amount after the items are returned to our warehouse.
You will receive notification once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Although we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as the final delivery is handled by a third-party carrier. We will assist you with any concerns until your product is delivered but for issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
Our delivery partner will deliver your order to the ground floor or entrance of your home. The final delivery location is entirely at the discretion of the delivery partner and we have no input in their decision.
If you order multiple items and one or more items are not delivered (i.e., your order is incomplete), please note the missing items on the Proof of Delivery (POD) document. Additionally, bring this to the attention of Rêve Rattan Management via email. We will address the issue promptly.
Please thoroughly inspect your order for any signs of damage before signing to accept delivery. Check for any damage and confirm all ordered items are included. Any damage must be reported immediately to the delivery partner and noted on the delivery receipt before signing. You will be asked to sign the delivery receipt or AWB as proof of delivery. Photos of damage may be requested to process a claim. Failure to note damages at the time of delivery will waive Rêve Rattan of responsibility for the condition of your items.
Customers cannot refuse delivery if the Rêve Rattan purchase does not fit through the main entrance of the home. If an item does not fit, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please measure doorways and entryways carefully prior to purchase.
At Rêve Rattan, we take great care to ensure your furniture is properly packed and protected during shipping. Each piece is wrapped in protective bubble wrap and plastic sheeting and securely packed in double-walled corrugated boxes to prevent damage. We use only high-quality, durable packaging materials to guarantee your rattan furniture arrives in pristine condition.
Upon delivery of your rattan furniture, we recommend thoroughly inspecting the packaging and goods for any signs of damage before signing for the shipment. Check that the packaging is intact and secure, with no tears, punctures or open seams before accepting the delivery. If there are any issues with the packaging or goods that could indicate damage, please note the details on the delivery receipt before signing and accepting the shipment. Notify us as soon as possible so we can address the situation properly.
